Am I able to cancel my order?
We unfortunately do not cancel orders, we only do exchanges & returns.

The item / items I purchased don’t fit me. Can I do an exchange?
Send a photo of the item to our customer service team on Experiences@JoyJourney.Life with tags still on the item/items. Should still be brand new. We will then work with you to initiate an exchange.

My order is missing an item/items what should I do?
Contact us at Experiences@JoyJourney.Life on email with your order number so we can assist you.

How long does shipping take?
We do ship items 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) in the United States. International shipping will take 7-10 days.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
